Refund Policy

LazersonLearning is committed to providing an exceptional learning experience. Our courses will not only fulfill NMLS requirements for you to renew your license but will support you in your professional development.

Classroom and Webinar Courses

  • Eligible for a 100% refund up to 10 days before the event.
  • Eligible for a 50% refund 5 days before the event.
  • Participants canceling within 5 days may reschedule (based on availability) for a $25 rebooking fee.

Online Courses

  • From the date of purchase, refund requests will be honored for 7 days so long as courses have not been accessed.

If you are experiencing technical issues with your course, please contact our support team for assistance prior to requesting a refund. To request Support or a refund, contact support@lazersonlearning.com or call 949-389-9000 between the hours of 8:30 – 4:30 PST. Please have your order number, the reason for your refund request, and the email address associated with your order available. We reserve the right to deduct any payment processing fees associated with the refund from the refund amount. If your refund request is approved, a refund will be processed within 14 days of approval to the payment method used to make the purchase. If you purchased the course at a discounted price or as part of a promotion, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price. Access to the course materials will be revoked upon the processing of a refund. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the purchase or use of the course. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we suspect abuse of our refund policy.
